How do I book a session?
Booking is easy! Simply fill out the booking inquiry form on the website with your information and the type of session you’re interested in. I’ll get back to you within 24–48 hours to discuss availability, answer any questions, and finalize the details.

Do you travel?
Yes! I’m based in Maryland but regularly travel throughout Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and surrounding areas. Travel outside my normal coverage area may require an additional travel fee.
How long does it take to receive my photos?
Turnaround times vary depending on the type of session:
• Portrait Sessions: 1–2 weeks
• Events: 1–2 weeks
• Weddings: 4–8 weeks
• Motorsports: Typically within a few days after race day, depending on my schedule.
I’ll always keep you updated if additional editing time is needed.
How will I receive my photos?
All edited images are delivered digitally through a secure online gallery where you can easily download your high-resolution photos.
Do you provide RAW photos?
No. RAW images are not included with any package. Every photo is professionally edited to match the quality and style of GM Media before delivery
Can I order prints?
Absolutely! Professional-quality prints are available in a variety of sizes and finishes. If you’re interested in wall art, canvases, framed prints, or other print products, just let me know and I’d be happy to help.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Some sessions, including portraits, weddings and certain events, require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of your session unless otherwise agreed upon.
What happens if the weather is bad?
For outdoor portrait sessions, we’ll work together to reschedule if weather conditions aren’t suitable. For motorsports and scheduled events, coverage depends on the event’s schedule and any decisions made by the event organizers.
What should I wear for my portrait session?
Wear something that makes you feel comfortable and confident! Solid colors and neutral tones often photograph best, but you’re welcome to wear something that reflects your personality. If you’re unsure, I’m happy to offer outfit suggestions before your session.
Can I bring family members or friends?
Of course! Whether they’re joining the session or simply coming along for support, they’re welcome. Just let me know ahead of time if additional people will be included in the photos.
Can I post my photos on social media?
Yes! I’d love for you to share your photos. I simply ask that you do not remove the GM Media watermark (if applicable) or apply heavy filters or edits that change the final look of the images. Tagging GM Media when you post is always appreciated!
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Life happens. If you need to reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible. Every situation is handled individually, and I’ll do my best to accommodate a new date whenever possible.
Do you photograph races outside of your regular tracks?
Yes! If you’d like coverage at a track or event that I’m not already attending, feel free to reach out. If my schedule allows, I’d be happy to discuss travel and coverage options.
